Yoga Revolution

A Body of Work Rooted in Experience, Integrity, and Self-Trust

Yoga Revolution is not a single product or program. It is a body of work shaped by more than five decades of lived experience in yoga, movement, and self-inquiry.

At its core, Yoga Revolution is a return—to the body, to discernment, and to practices that support long-term well-being rather than quick fixes. It is an invitation to step out of performative wellness culture and into a relationship with yoga that is intelligent, compassionate, and sustainable.

Yoga Revolution — The Book

Yoga Revolution is the foundation of this work.

In the book, I weave together decades of teaching experience, anatomy-informed insight, and real-life reflection to explore what yoga can be when it is practiced as a lifelong companion rather than a trend. It is written for people who want to feel at home in their bodies, rebuild trust in themselves, and move through life with greater clarity and resilience.

The book is not about mastering poses.
It is about reclaiming agency, rhythm, and self-respect through practice.

Updates about the book’s progress and release will be shared through my newsletter.

Extending the Work

Yoga Revolution is designed to live beyond the page.

Over time, this work will be expressed through complementary formats such as guided practices, reflective tools, and structured supports that help translate philosophy into daily life. These offerings are developed thoughtfully and released when they are ready, not rushed.

This page will evolve as the work unfolds.
