Essays and Reflections

Writing is where my teaching slows down.

This space holds reflections on yoga as a lifelong practice—on the body, breath, aging, resilience, and the quieter disciplines that support real well-being. Some pieces are practical, some philosophical, and some live somewhere in between.

Many of these essays have grown out of years of teaching, observing, and listening. They are informed by anatomy, experience, and curiosity rather than trends or formulas. My intention here is not to instruct, persuade, or perfect—but to offer perspective that helps you think, feel, and move with greater clarity.

You don’t need to read these in order. Let curiosity guide you. Each essay stands on its own, while also contributing to the larger body of work that is Yoga Revolution.

Take your time.
